About
Two decades of independent cost and contract advice
AS2 Consult Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Kuala Lumpur on 14 December 2005. The firm was founded by Sr Ahmad Suhaimi Bin Abdul Majid together with Sr Azizah Binti Abd Gani, and today is led by a board of Consultant Quantity Surveyors with a combined experience of more than 60 years.
We advise clients on the cost and contractual aspects of building and civil engineering projects. That covers feasibility and cost planning at inception, tender documentation and procurement, and post-contract administration through to the final account.
Our clients include federal ministries and agencies, state development corporations, government-linked companies and private developers. We keep close working relationships with government agencies, professional institutions and fellow consultants.

- Since December 2005 we have delivered quantity surveying and cost advisory services on more than 110 projects for government, corporate and private-sector clients.

- Every commission is led by a Consultant Quantity Surveyor registered with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia.
